Lumos Self-Service catalog for access and integration with ITSM tools has saved a lot of time for our IT team. It has an amazing UI experience. Time-based access control makes it easier to manage temporary access. Lumos team is very quick in implementing the features that are requested. They are always ready to jump in and help the customer. There isn't much that you don't like about Lumos. However, Onboarding with birthright access provisioning can be improved. More control for administrator users to self-manage the tool will take the tool a long way. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
