Lumos' integration with Okta makes it a breeze to deploy and allows you to quickly roll it out to your organization. Since implementing the tool a month ago we've heard nothing but positive feedback from our end users about how easy Lumos is to navigate and to quickly get the access they need to do their jobs. The upsides far outweigh the downsides. Considering how new Lumos (both company and product) there are some missing features, which is to be expected. However, in our experience, the Lumos team has been great to work with. They are listening to our feedback and are quickly able to iterate on enhancement requests and bring them to the product.
