What do you like best about Lumos?

We are a growing startup looking to manage our IT assets and Lumos makes it easy to manage account access, audit reviews, shadow IT accounts and has been more than flexible with us when asking for additional integrations or bug fixing. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Lumos?

We haven't run into much that we haven't liked, and when we do the Lumos team is more than happy to set up a time with us to go over whatever issue we are running into. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Lumos solving and how is that benefiting you?

We have a tremendous amount of applications under our umbrella of IT and Lumos makes it easy to manage. We are starting to integrate our approval process using Lumos instead of other methods we've used in the past. Access reviews are important for us, Lumos makes it super easy to pull that information when we do our quarterly reviews. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
