What do you like best about Lummy?
The chatbot was easy and quick to add to our website. I'm happy with it as it now handles the basic questions I used to spend a lot of time on (typical questions about our treatments, the prices, our clinic etc). This reduced the amount of emails I need to answer, which gave me a few hours back each week. Fewer patients now wait for us to reply before booking a consultation, the AI answers well Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
What do you dislike about Lummy?
