They helped employees like me to understand what the enrollment process involves and how to seek assistance with any questions. **What problems is Lumity Benefits Solution solving and how is that benefiting you?** I was struggling to determine the best options for employee coverage. Setting up a consultation appointment through the Lumity site and having the Google Hangout with a consultant was very easy and enlightening. The advice provided helped me figure out the best plan for me for now. ### 2. When I was still getting bills after hitting these, Lumity helped me figure out what I am and am not responsible for. Instead of blindly paying these bills I feel confident to ask doctors offices to bill me, and if I do end up getting a bill I can simply send it to our Lumity partner to resubmit the claim. **What do you dislike about Lumity Benefits Solution?** This is probably more related to the US healthcare system, but it is backwards that I’m getting bills I should not need to pay. The system is confusing and I could easily be paying much more than necessary without knowing. **Recommendations to others considering Lumity Benefits Solution:** It is extremely helpful having a third party benefits advisor. **What problems is Lumity Benefits Solution solving and how is that benefiting you?** Lumity helped me understand why my insurance is billing be for many things, and what I am responsible for. ### 5. Medical, Dental, vision and additional Benefit options are fully encompassed in Lumity resource with the added benefit of a free consultation with one of Lumity's awesome Customer Success folks. I had the pleasure of interacting with Armando on the Lumity team and he was incredibly helpful in explaining options and cause and effects of certain plans specific to my age, health, and optimization of plans for me. ### 7.
