What do you like best about Luminous?

Recently, I've had the pleasure of using Luminous's inventory management software which has exceeded all my expectations. I'm a new brand owner, managing inventory across numerous warehouses, and scouted other systems before arriving to Luminous. They were flexible and modeled their services to the needs of my company, not visa versa. I would highly recommend it. Great Account Management The account management capabilities are top-notch. Setting up and maintaining inventory was seamless because of the hands-on treatment of the Luminous team (Taylor is awesome!), making the whole process incredibly efficient and stress-free. Easy to Use One of the standout features of this software is its user-friendly interface. Even for someone who isn't particularly tech-savvy, navigating through the various functions is really easy. Very Helpful Chat Feature The integrated chat feature is incredibly helpful. Whether it's answering quick questions or providing detailed support, the responsiveness and effectiveness of the chat support make a world of difference. Easy Automation to Link to APIs Automation reach is another strong suit of this software. Linking to APIs is straightforward and hassle-free, significantly reducing the manual workload and increasing overall productivity. Overall, I couldn’t be happier with my experience. What do you dislike about Luminous?
