I can easily create new forms and protocols with the modular system and digitize them via Lumiform. Lumiform permanently stores the data and takes care of the storage and time-consuming data backup. I have the impression that we use Lumiform differently than many other customers. Therefore, often other updates would be more relevant for us than those implemented by Lumiform. With our now large amount of data, the system takes a long time to load, and updates on mobile devices often have annoying bugs that complicate our daily routine.
