What do you like best about Lumen by Talkwalker?

I really like how Talkwalker provides insights we couldn’t access in the past. The data and content are not only useful but also genuinely interesting to explore. It goes far beyond just measuring digital conversations and, compared to similar products, it feels like the frontrunner. What do you dislike about Lumen by Talkwalker?

The main drawback is that it’s not the easiest product to set up or manage at the start. Because it’s a complex platform, it takes time to get comfortable, learn the system, and sort through the volume of information. What problems is Lumen by Talkwalker solving and how is that benefiting you?

I wouldn’t say it’s solving a problem as much as it’s opening up our minds to new conversations and insights about our business. It allows us to explore discussions happening in channels we never had access to before, like podcasts and Reddit, where conversation is more authentic and valuable than ever.
