What do you like best about Lumana?

What really stands out is how smoothly Lumana fits into the security work we’re already doing. It doesn’t feel like another disconnected tool we have to manage. Instead, it bridges our cybersecurity and physical security efforts in a way that actually makes day-to-day operations simpler. What do you dislike about Lumana?

If I had one wish, it would be more in-depth technical documentation. When we’re designing or scaling complex security architectures, having richer implementation guides would save our team time and reduce guesswork. What problems is Lumana solving and how is that benefiting you?

Before Lumana, our physical security and IT operations teams often felt like they were speaking different languages. We needed a platform that could bring both sides together under one view. Lumana did exactly that. It gives us clearer visibility across systems and has genuinely improved how our teams collaborate. Now, instead of working around each other, we’re working with each other, and that’s made a real difference in how quickly and confidently we can respond to incidents.
