"Revolutionary Instant Search and Proactive Alerts Make Monitoring Effortless"

5/5

What do you like best about Lumana?

Instant Search has completely changed how I review footage. Previously, I would spend hours going through old videos, but now I can simply type something like "person in red shirt" or "blue car," and the AI locates it within seconds. The Proactive Alerts feature is also incredibly helpful. It notifies us right away if someone is loitering near the ATM after hours or entering a restricted area, allowing us to address potential issues before they escalate. What do you dislike about Lumana?

Nothing really, the motion sensitivity could improve but it's not significant. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Lumana solving and how is that benefiting you?

We were able to save money because we didn't need to purchase new cameras—Lumana was compatible with the equipment we already owned. In terms of safety, we're no longer simply recording incidents after they happen; now, the system alerts us immediately when something appears suspicious, which helps us prevent crime. The efficiency of my security team has also improved, as the AI now takes care of monitoring, allowing them to respond more quickly and focus on other important tasks.
