What do you like best about Luma Health?

Luma has the best customer support. They listen to what their client's needs are and will work to find a solution that meets that need. I also love how intuitive the software is. Most end users can navigate the site with little training. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Luma Health?

I wished the information in the insight center (reports) was a bit more clear on where data is being pulled. But this is a newer feature so it can only improve over time. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Luma Health solving and how is that benefiting you?

High incoming call volumes, by using online scheduling with Luma we are able to reduce incoming calls. No show rates, by using Luma reminders we were able to reduce the number of no shows and improve appointment confirmation rates. High outgoing call volumes, by using Luma Broadcasts we are now able to text large numbers of patients when a provider is out sick. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
