"Easy Installation and Great Search Results Right From the Start"

4.5/5

What do you like best about Luigi's Box?

Very easy to install, without needing developers. And the search results are great! They work right from the start. Unlike other search solutions, this one really understands what customers are looking for without someone from our team needing to add tons of rules and exceptions. What do you dislike about Luigi's Box?

I haven’t really run into any major issues so far. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Luigi's Box solving and how is that benefiting you?

We sell specific niche products in multiple languages. We’ve tried different search options in the past, but there were always certain categories, brands, and products that didn’t show up with logical searches. Then, after making the necessary adjustments to fix that, other search results stopped appearing. We needed a system that’s smart and can recognize the logic behind a customer’s query.
