It's very simple to use Lucky Orange. There are some tools that are very well implemented on it. I frequently use the screen recording and capture tool the most. Also, you get to mark out certain types of people and give them a name when they visit your site. Lucky Orange marks out the IP for each individual visitor and remembers it for you. They also tell you where the visitors come from. The loading of the screen capture is very and fast. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com. What do you dislike about Lucky Orange? Could be a little better with the accuracy of the actions that some of my site visitors do. Also, sometimes is laggy and does not allow me to go to the next screen recording when I press the next button. I would have to go out to the main dashboard of the screen records, load everything up, and then enter each recording one by one instead. People who use this will know what I mean.
