What do you like best about Lucidworks Fusion?

Great customer service! Team is always there for help! Their consulting and on site support teams have been nothing but stellar. Their team is knowledgable, supportive, and always there to make sure that our needs, wants and expectations are met. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Lucidworks Fusion?

I dislike the extra work it takes utilizing and recalibrating the accuracy and relevancy of our pipelines. It takes a user and administrator with skills in back end development to make and implement those changes. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
