The support team is quick and helpful, and our account contacts are always friendly and easy to work with. We would appreciate more flexibility in the loyalty model. Currently, the focus is mainly on points, whereas some other platforms also offer credits. It would be great to have the option to choose between these models depending on our needs. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
