What do you like best about LoyaltyLion?

I love how the platform works and is really user-friendly when it comes to setting up and running promotions. We saw huge success with a recent double points campaign and have continued to see growth in sign-ups to our rewards programme. What do you dislike about LoyaltyLion?

I can't say I dislike anything but it would be great if there was more visibility on customer behaviour would be useful - e.g. clearer insight into what actually drives members to redeem, purchase or become repeat customers. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is LoyaltyLion solving and how is that benefiting you?

Getting customers to come back and shop again through points and rewards.

Giving customers a reason to stay loyal to Ella & Jo rather than switching to another skincare brand.

Increasing engagement between purchases through points for actions like sign-ups and other loyalty activities.

Driving sales during quieter periods with tactics like double-points campaigns.

Growing your first-party customer database through rewards programme sign-ups.

Increasing customer lifetime value by encouraging repeat orders and reward redemption.

Giving you another promotional lever besides discounting- you can offer extra points rather than constantly reducing prices.
