What do you like best about Loxo?

I really like how user-friendly Loxo is; it’s very easy to use, and if I ever get lost, the Help section always answers my questions as well. The AI Chat is one of the most useful tools in Loxo. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Loxo?

We’ve had a few issues with integrations, and it took quite a while to sort out the Xero integration, which still isn’t fully complete. Also, some of the prepopulated tags and workflows weren’t necessary for us, and it took some time to have the ones we didn’t need removed. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Loxo solving and how is that benefiting you?

Loxo Source has been brilliant for finding relevant candidates, including those difficult-to-find passive candidates. The LinkedIn Extension has also made adding potential candidates much easier, because it pulls in all the relevant information so it’s no longer a manual process.

The Outreach Campaigns feature has made contacting people a lot simpler as well, since everything is in one environment and there’s no need to import emails from another system. Analytics has helped people see their targets clearly, and track how they’re getting on in reaching those targets. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
