What do you like best about Loxo?

I really like the Loxo AI chat and the user interface, which makes the overall experience seamless, especially when sourcing talent and navigating through the interview process. It's a tremendous help in automating many of my heavier admin tasks, allowing me to focus more on finding the right talent. The ease of use is a big plus for me; setting it up and learning how to use it was very simple, which is great. What do you dislike about Loxo?

I find the Longlist feature in Loxo problematic because it often matches talent based solely on job titles and doesn't adequately consider specific requirements detailed in the job descriptions. For instance, we had a job position that specifically required ferrous metals experience, yet the Longlist feature suggested candidates without that experience. Recommendations to others considering Loxo:

To enhance the Longlist feature, consider integrating more advanced algorithms that analyze job descriptions in detail, ensuring that candidates meet specific requirements beyond just job titles.
