What do you like best about Loupe Factory?

Loupe Factory has made my day-to-day operations much easier. I especially like how simple it is to add inventory items in bulk with photos, edit product data, and fix small typos without wasting time. The AI features are very helpful and automatically flag discrepancies in my data, which gives me more confidence in keeping my inventory accurate.

The platform is also very user-friendly. Coming from a non-technical background, I was looking for software that would be easy to understand and simple to use, and Loupe Factory delivered on that. The UI/UX is clean, intuitive, and practical for everyday business use.

The Shopify integration has been especially useful. I was able to connect my Shopify store easily using the documentation, and I could import products from Loupe Factory into Shopify, including images, with just a click. That seamless integration saves a lot of manual work.

I also found Loupe Factory to be very competitively priced compared to other options in the market. The support team has been excellent, prompt, and helpful throughout. What do you dislike about Loupe Factory?

While the main dashboard offers several charts and graphs, I find some of them less relevant to my needs as a small business owner without large-scale production or factory operations. A more customizable dashboard tailored to each businesses might be helpful.

One feature I would really like to see is the ability to bulk import existing customers and historical orders, similar to the bulk inventory import functionality. Currently, adding these records individually can be quite time-consuming, especially as a solopreneur managing everything myself. What problems is Loupe Factory solving and how is that benefiting you?

As a solopreneur running a small jewelry business, one of my biggest challenges has been managing inventory, product information, and online store operations efficiently without spending hours on repetitive manual tasks.

Loupe Factory helps me keep everything organized in one place, from product details and images to inventory tracking and order management. Its bulk inventory upload feature saves me considerable time, while the AI-powered data checks help identify discrepancies and reduce manual errors. The Shopify integration is particularly valuable, as I can easily sync products and images to my online store without entering everything twice.

Overall, Loupe Factory has helped me streamline my daily operations, reduce administrative work, and spend more time focusing on growing my business, creating new products, and serving customers.
