What stands out most is how closely the platform and the team actually understand the fine jewelry wholesale and manufacturing business. It doesn't feel like generic inventory software retrofitted for our industry. It feels built by people who get the specific workflow challenges we deal with: variant management, vendor cost sheets, custom field needs, and syncing accurate product data across multiple sales channels.
Aditya and the team have been genuinely responsive. Support requests and fixes turn around fast, and when I've run into edge cases specific to our business, they've worked with me directly to figure out a solution rather than pointing me to a generic help doc. It's clear they're building for the long term and care about getting the details right for manufacturers and wholesalers specifically, not just shipping features. Like any product, it has its limitations. It's a relatively newer platform, so there are occasional gaps you'd expect from something still maturing. That said, every small business in this industry has its own unique workflow quirks, and Loupe Factory handles that better than most: the depth of customization, the flexibility with variations, and the import capabilities mean there's very little it can't adapt to. And when something does come up, their CS team turns around quick fixes fast, so in practice I don't have real complaints. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
