What do you like best about LOU powered by Evosus?

I love that Lou understands the industry. All of the features make sense for the way we run our business. There are so many features that I know is going to help our business grow & be more efficient. I love that we don't need several software programs anymore. Everything can be done in Lou. What do you dislike about LOU powered by Evosus?

The accounting side takes a bit of getting used to. It's very different from what we used before. The quick visibility I'm used to from our previous software takes more digging in Lou to find. Also, the training & focus for accounting seems like an afterthought. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is LOU powered by Evosus solving and how is that benefiting you?

Lou is cutting down on our need for paper. We have better visibility on our service department. All employees have the ability to be more helpful in assisting customers by having access to as little or as much information as you want to allow.
