What problems is Lost and Found Software - Have it Back solving and how is that benefiting you?

Operating in an International airport environment we are confronted with tens of thousands of enquiries from passengers as well as tens of thousands of found items. Our previous process was manual and labour intensive. Since we started using this Lost And Found Software we have been able to work much faster, return more items and generally keep better track of all the things going on in our lost property department.
