Losant has the tools to help build an entire user interface on the front end seamlessly and is capable of being easy to use as per our utility. It did require some efforts in setting up but it was all worth it. We use it on a daily basis for our industrial asset management and whenever we have hickups, our sales rep is there to help us. Low refresh rate means that after some period of inactivity, I have to log out and log in again for the correct results to pop up. This may be particular to industrial asset management or some API glitch but this is one of the things i dislike. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
