I use Loqate for address verification and type-ahead address suggestions. It helps ensure the addresses customers enter on orders are deliverable and correct, and catches misspellings and typos that could delay order processing. The API is fast, reliable, and stable year-round, even during the busiest holiday seasons. I find the service easy to configure and set up on my website, and once it’s working, it needs no maintenance and runs quietly in the background. The APIs are simple and well documented, and setup and launch weren’t an arduous task. The account support team is also always willing to jump in and assist when needed. I find the admin panel dated and not very user-friendly, and it can be confusing to configure each service. It could be modernized, though I rarely need to go back and make changes once it’s configured. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
