What do you like best about LoopUp?

Very good experience with LoopUp. It allowed us to make a technological quality leap, with simple integrations, good performance, and an excellent price/ROI ratio. What do you dislike about LoopUp?

As an area for improvement, I would highlight the payment process. It is not possible to associate my credit card for automatic debit, and each month I have to make the payment through a link sent by my account executive. Incorporating this option would make the experience much more comfortable and agile. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is LoopUp solving and how is that benefiting you?

LoopUp helped us improve the availability and quality of our telephony service. Today we can answer calls regardless of whether we are physically in the office or not, avoiding missing important communications and providing better service to both our customers and employees.
