I was asked by my client mid-research to provide an emerging trends analysis before the research sessions had been completed for a stakeholder meeting. I needed a quick way to sum up what we were hearing thus far, as we weren't ready yet to do deep analysis. The auto-analysis tool was excellent, fast, accurate and extremely easy to use. I didn't even have to clean up the auto-generated MS Teams transcripts that I uploaded. It saved me tremendous time and allowed me to meet the quick turnaround for my client. I wish their trial would let me explore more extensively, yet I still made the decision to add it to my toolset, because it's better and easier to use than other tools I have evaluated (including Dovetail in my opinion) Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
