What do you like best about Loop54?

The high level of service. The super high consideration of customers. We have taken great advantage in using loop54 as we have instead been able to focus on what we are best at.

The easy website and the customer awerness when you are logged in.

What do you dislike about Loop54?

The only thing I can complain about is that all conversations is in English. i like to do things in my own language since i do not feel super comfortable in english.

i think they could maybe hire som people in some of the bigger nordic countries.

i also think the loop54 website when you are not logged in could be a little bit more simple to understan what loop is actualy doing. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Loop54 solving and how is that benefiting you?

The biggest problem we get solved is that we can focus on what we are best at when they help us get a better search engine on our website

and beacuse of that are search engine is that good, we make more sales on our homepage!

That in my opinion is the biggest benefit for us.

and of course that we save alot of time
