Loop11 is very easy to use with its in-built AI project creator which does the entire project creation in a few seconds with detailed tasks, activities, and questions. The same can be quickly customized and launched. The data collection is smooth and results get mapped soon after completion with detailed analytics and outputs like heatmaps, navigation paths, etc. Its interface is intuitive and provides all features required for a UI/UX study. Considering we have ad-hoc projects, we would have preferred a Pay as you use plan. Currently, with the subscription and small sample size, it is slightly costly for us.
