"Loop’s Partnership and Migrations Make Client Setups Smooth and Simple"

What do you like best about Loop Subscriptions?

As an agency that runs Loop for many clients, the partnership is what sets it apart. We get direct access to their engineering team when a build needs something beyond the standard setup, and they treat our clients' success as their own. Their migration team is excellent: moving existing subscribers onto Loop has been smooth and well organized, with very little disruption for the merchant or their customers. The product itself is simple and clean. Merchants pick up the admin quickly, and the customer portal is easy for subscribers to use, so our clients need less training and handover goes faster. What do you dislike about Loop Subscriptions?

There isn't much to dislike. The main thing we'd like to see is a front-end JavaScript SDK, plus more advanced customization, either built into the product or through the API and SDK. Some of our clients want highly custom subscription experiences on their storefronts, and more developer tools would let us build those faster. What problems is Loop Subscriptions solving and how is that benefiting you?

We launch and manage subscription programs for Shopify and Shopify Plus brands of all sizes, across fashion, beauty, food and beverage, and CPG. Some are new stores launching subscriptions for the first time, and others are established brands moving from another platform. Loop gives us one dependable platform that works for all of them. Launches go faster, migrations carry less risk, and merchants end up with a subscription program they can run on their own day to day. When a project needs extra help, having engineering and migration support behind us means we can take on more complex work with confidence and deliver better results for our clients.
