"Subscription Platform That Actually Scales With You"
5/5
What do you like best about Loop Subscriptions?

Their support is genuinely excellent at solving a wide range of problems. Being able to jump on a call and talk to a real person, instead of being stuck in a chat queue, is a huge relief when you're dealing with something as critical as subscriptions.

Their pricing is also very fair compared to competitors, and they're constantly shipping new features that matter for scaling businesses, building their model around subscriptions rather than bolting them on as an add-on. As if subscriptions are core to your business, the platform you choose can either unlock growth or become a serious bottleneck. Loop is one of the few that actually keeps pace. What do you dislike about Loop Subscriptions?

The main friction point is with the logic behind their automations and flows. For more complex, out-of-the-box builds, think weekly deliveries, grocery subscriptions, or anything with non-standard rules, you often have to find workarounds to get things functioning the way you need. The trigger logic for flows can be frustrating to work with in these scenarios.

That said, this really only shows up in edge cases involving more complex builds. We've yet to hit a problem we couldn't solve with some kind of compromise or workaround. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
