What I like most about Loom is how easily I can explain something through a screen recording instead of writing long descriptions. In my QA work, I often need to report issues to developers, and a short video showing the actual steps, behaviour and issue makes everything much clearer. It helps developers understand and reproduce the problem without going back and forth asking for more details. I also like that I can quickly record my screen using the Chrome extension without setting up a separate meeting. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
One thing I sometimes find inconvenient is that longer recordings can take some time to process and become available. Also, managing and finding older recordings can be a little difficult when there are many videos. It would be helpful to have better organization and search options. Apart from these minor points, my overall experience with Loom has been good. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
