The best thing about Loom is how easy it is to record my screen with the Chrome extension and share the video with teammates or clients. As a software developer, I often need to explain workflows, share project updates, or provide KT. Instead of scheduling calls and repeating the same explanations, I can quickly record my screen with audio and video and send it out. People can watch it whenever it’s convenient for them, which saves me a lot of time. I also appreciate how simple Loom is to set up, along with its reasonable pricing. Overall, it’s made my day-to-day communication and knowledge sharing much smoother. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Honestly, I haven’t found many drawbacks with Loom. The only thing that’s a bit frustrating is that if I make a mistake while recording, I sometimes have to go back and edit the video again, which can be pretty time-consuming. Other than that, my overall experience has been really positive, and I genuinely like almost everything about Loom. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
