The platform is easy to use, and it’s straightforward to share videos with external viewers. The user interface is clear and consistent, and the tools for refining transcripts, preparing subtitles, and removing breaks or repetition are genuinely helpful as I work to create professional-looking—and professional-sounding—videos. Performance has been consistently strong, and the product remains affordable, even with the changes that came with its migration to Atlassian. Because it’s so intuitive, I haven’t needed to contact support; however, each time I log in I’m shown helpful hints and tips that continue to guide my onboarding and help me get more out of the platform.
