"Intuitive App to Store Your Videos in the Cloud"

5/5

What do you like best about Loom?

It's an app that is very intuitive and allows you to store your recorded videos in the cloud. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Loom?

What I really don't like about Loom is that the free version limits you a lot: it only lets you record five minutes per video and also restricts the amount you can store. Moreover, sometimes when I finish recording, it gets stuck processing the video or fails to render. And, as if that weren't enough, if I have a lot of things open on the computer, it slows down significantly while I'm recording. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Loom solving and how is that benefiting you?

It saves me from having to schedule so many meetings that could easily be a message because instead of coordinating schedules with five people, I just record the screen explaining what I need and send it to them. It also saves me a lot of time writing long emails or documents that no one reads because it's much faster to show and speak directly in the video. The best part is that since people can see my gestures and hear my tone of voice, misunderstandings that always happen through text are avoided, and everyone can watch it at a time that suits them best without interrupting their work.
