What do you like best about Loom?

What I like best about Loom is its incredible ease of use combined with its speed. I can start recording my screen in just a couple of clicks and share the link instantly, which has drastically improved my workflow. Instead of typing out long, confusing explanations, I send a quick video, saving hours each week in communicating with both my team and my clients. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Loom?

One minor downside is that occasionally there can be slight glitches when recording, especially if the internet connection is unstable. Sometimes the video might take a bit longer to process or upload if the connection drops. It's not a frequent issue, but it can be a bit frustrating when you are in a rush. What problems is Loom solving and how is that benefiting you?

Loom solves the challenge of scheduling synchronous meetings, especially across different time zones. Instead of trying to coordinate a time for a quick call, I can simply record a detailed video explaining a task, sharing feedback, or giving an update. This benefits me by saving hours of unnecessary meeting time each week, providing much clearer context than long emails, and allowing our team to communicate effectively and move projects forward asynchronously.
