It is very easy to record and share a quick video without having to schedule a meeting. I use it quite often when I need to explain something to the client or showcase about the previous experience working on similar project, this software very useful for me. The screen recording with camera options are very useful, I like that I can simply share a link instead of sending a large video files. It also helps for giving feedback to the clients or sharing the progress updates of the milestones that we deliver and if I want to share any issue or bug in the software that we produced for our clients Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Few areas where I believe the software could improve. 1. Sometimes processing larger videos can take a little longer time than expected especially with larger recordings 2. Editing options could be a bit more advanced. The basic editing tools are useful but having more flexibility to edit, trim, or organize recordings would make it even better for professional use 3. Advance filtering options needs to be there in the platform. I really stuck when I want to find any past videos from the larger files/recorded videos it becomes difficult for me. If the platform has tagging options or folder based options that would be helpful in organizing 4. Another would be the meeting captions or transcript of the screen recording is not accurate all the time.
