What do you like best about LogRocket?

The ability of LogRocket to capture issues from session recordings. We had several instances where LogRocket found issues which we never found during our UX audits. Also the AI Integration boost my productivity, I could get advice and suggestions within the app specific to the issue. The performance and quality of LogRocket has made us replace 3-4 other applications providing better ROI for our company. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about LogRocket?

I can't create Jira tickets straight from LogRocket. As a PM, that is a much needed feature for me. Also the cross platform integrations needs to improve. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is LogRocket solving and how is that benefiting you?

We never had visibility over user pain points and ux issues until LogRocket came into picture. We have a clear understanding of user drop off points, ux friction areas and poor customer journey with LogRocket. It essentially does what other 3-4 apps combined did for us.
