What do you like best about LogRocket?

LogRocket makes it much easier to understand what users actually experienced when something goes wrong in our product. Having session replay, console logs, and network details all in one place speeds up investigations and cuts down on back-and-forth with customers. The search and filtering tools are particularly helpful for quickly narrowing in on a specific user, session, or issue. What do you dislike about LogRocket?

The interface can feel overwhelming at first, especially for new users who are still figuring out where everything is. With so many filters, session details, logs, and replay controls visible at once, it takes some time to understand what to focus on and navigate with confidence. A simpler onboarding experience, along with clearer in-product guidance, would make it easier to get value quickly and reduce the initial learning curve. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is LogRocket solving and how is that benefiting you?

LogRocket helps me investigate customer-reported issues by showing what happened in the product leading up to an error. Rather than relying only on written descriptions, I can review session replays, console errors, and network activity all in one place. That makes it easier to gather clearer evidence, cut down on back-and-forth with customers, and provide engineering with more actionable details when an escalation is needed.
