What I like most is how easy it is to get non-technical users connected using just a web-based PIN code, without forcing them to install heavy software first. On the technical side, it handles Windows UAC prompts and administrative elevation really well, allowing us to restart services, run scripts, or reboot machines without losing the session. The unattended access feature is also a huge plus for performing server updates and background maintenance after business hours. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The technician console interface feels somewhat dated and can get cluttered when you're managing multiple active sessions at once. Connecting to macOS devices can also be frustrating because non-technical end users have to manually configure accessibility and screen recording permissions in System Settings, which is tricky to walk them through. Additionally, the licensing cost per technician seat is relatively high, making it harder to expand access to light users. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
