What do you dislike about LogMeIn Central?

Support is far from great, especially for Mac users like us. We've reported a bug more than a year ago and it's still an ongoing issue during most remote sessions. macOS compatibility with features, and Mac specific support is very limited. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Recommendations to others considering LogMeIn Central:

I think LogMeIn isn't keeping up with the other players in this field and their pricing is too high for the quality of the product. Maybe they are too busy acquiring GoToMeeting and don't spend much resources to keep what used to be the reference tool for RMA. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
