Basic usage from a user perspective is intuitive. Less common procedures are well documented. Extensive and good documentation is available. Implementation and integration with other systems is well documented. Deployment of the tool is easy and fast. Manufacturer support is excellent. Technical support people are helpful. Some features are missing that would move the tool more into the SIEM area and that could be added relatively easily. For example, it would be welcome to add at least simple conditions to the filters that would allow for security analysis in addition to simple searches and viewing logs. The implemented system of access rights is insufficient. Configuration objects lack a record of who and when the object was created and later changed. This makes it difficult for multiple administrators to cooperate. Difficult to transfer the configuration from one Logmanager to another.
