I liked that Logikcull is a cloud-based service, that data uploads are very fast, and that the processing is highly efficient. The searches are straightforward, and information can be found quickly and consistently. Among the things I did not like is that when exporting selected data, the notes added to the information are not included, which is necessary for downstream management, as well as the related messages for each data item and family. The 10GB business model is also too limited, since data management typically involves very large volumes of information. I love that it gives us the ability to search through millions of documents to find documents that are responsive and makes document review so easy. Occasionally it recognizes documents as duplicates when they are not actually duplicates which means that we typically have to remove the dedupe function to make sure there are not documents we are missing when the documents are in pdf format. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I like how user friendly it is. When I first started working in Logikcull I had a hard deadline and didn't have time for training. I was able to teach myself how to use it rather easily, which says a lot about the platform, given that I grew up in an era before the internet and cell phones and admittedly struggle with tech every now and then. I've learned many new tools it offers in the past three years and I'm able to upload, review, and produce anything from it in various different ways. Sometimes when I process spreadsheets in Excel it processes the blank pages at the end, resulting in hundreds of additional, blank pages produced. Although this admittedly could be user error. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The platform is intuitive, modern, and easy to use. New users need only minimal training to get started, and there is 24/7 customer support available through a chat window. For internal organization users, SSO and MFA are provided to ensure secure authentication to the portal. Additionally, outside counsel can be assigned to projects as needed. It is very user friendly in uploading and culling data, the ability to conduct a documents review and apply subjective coding is simple and creation of a production set in both image and native format is relatively seamless. Logikcull has been an ideal solution for managing sensitive information securely. It gives me the flexibility to review and organize documents in a way that fits my workflow, with intuitive tools like custom labeling tags for flagging key items. The ability to compile polished final deliverables—such as a single PDF containing 100 documents instead of sending 100 separate files—has significantly improved the experience for our clients. One limitation I’ve encountered with Logikcull is the lack of Bates numbering when exporting a production as a single PDF. When delivering a large document—say, 2,500 pages—it becomes difficult for clients to reference specific pages, as there are no stamped identifiers like “page 1234” to guide the conversation outside the platform. Adding an option to generate a single PDF with Bates numbers would greatly enhance usability and communication. Additionally, being able to search by Bates number within Logikcull would make it much easier to cross-reference and correct errors during review. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What truly sets Logikcull apart is its remarkable ability to immerse users and its powerful filtering capabilities. Logikcull is a powerful and highly efficient platform that excels at handling large, complex document reivew projects, by first deduping voluminous email communications, then providing the opportunity to search and tag emails and documents in order to either withhold privileged/confidential communications, or produce responsive, non-privileged emails. I really don't see any downsides to Logikcull, as even when I was working over a weekend and needed help, I put in a ticket to get the help from a Logikcull representative for the following Monday. Logikcull is extremely user-friendly and has helped me save a significant amount of work time. Its interface is both intuitive and secure, which makes me appreciate it even more.
