The tagging system makes document productions very easy and review of the documents itself is much faster. Our firm previously used Adobe for document review/production, and Logikcull has cut that time in half. I also appreciate how helpful the staff is when it comes to answering questions. **What do you dislike about Logikcull?** I have found that the saved search option being the only way to create a download/production is clunky. Most attorneys in our office who have little to no experience with e-discovery software find Logikcull clunky and too difficult to navigate. **What problems is Logikcull solving and how is that benefiting you?** Logikcull cuts my time on document review and production and allows me to focus on multiple matters at once instead of spending the whole day doing review. ### 2. The searches are straightforward, and information can be found quickly and consistently. The tagging system is also useful, as it allows data to be identified and organized for collaborative work with the team. **What do you dislike about Logikcull?** Among the things I did not like is that when exporting selected data, the notes added to the information are not included, which is necessary for downstream management, as well as the related messages for each data item and family. The 10GB business model is also too limited, since data management typically involves very large volumes of information. Technical support could be improved, as responses were slow and did not directly address the issues raised. **What problems is Logikcull solving and how is that benefiting you?** Logikcull is helping us solve data-management needs for the e-discovery process, and because it operates as a cloud service, it eliminates the requirement for local storage media to handle the data. The user experience is very good, as are the system responses. I understand that the level of support depends on the subscription plan, but it would be preferable to have full support even at the basic level, so that any issue not directly related to the tool can still be addressed promptly and does not create an incorrect perception. ### 3. Logikcull can also be operated from any internet connection. You do not have to be logged into the server to access your projects. **What do you dislike about Logikcull?** Occasionally it recognizes documents as duplicates when they are not actually duplicates which means that we typically have to remove the dedupe function to make sure there are not documents we are missing when the documents are in pdf format. **What problems is Logikcull solving and how is that benefiting you?** Time management. It allows us to easily search and sort through documents in a format that does not waste time and saves our clients money on document review and in reviewing document production from the opposing side during discovery. ### 9. When I first started working in Logikcull I had a hard deadline and didn't have time for training. I was able to teach myself how to use it rather easily, which says a lot about the platform, given that I grew up in an era before the internet and cell phones and admittedly struggle with tech every now and then. I've learned many new tools it offers in the past three years and I'm able to upload, review, and produce anything from it in various different ways. I use the platform daily and it has never "crashed" or had other issues. **What do you dislike about Logikcull?** Sometimes when I process spreadsheets in Excel it processes the blank pages at the end, resulting in hundreds of additional, blank pages produced. Although this admittedly could be user error. **What problems is Logikcull solving and how is that benefiting you?** Logikcull easily ingests any type of data I need to review, makes the review process straightforward, and I can easily produce the documents electronically in a multitude of different ways. I produce documents in around 500 cases per year and use the platform daily and have not had issues in the several years I've been working with it. The reliability and efficiency saves me time and, thus, money. ### 10. For internal organization users, SSO and MFA are provided to ensure secure authentication to the portal. Additionally, outside counsel can be assigned to projects as needed. **What do you dislike about Logikcull?** Some features could benefit from further development. For instance, while the search bar supports searching with foreign characters, the current highlight function does not support foreign characters. **What problems is Logikcull solving and how is that benefiting you?** Logikcull has made our project reviews readily accessible to both our internal attorneys and outside counsel, which encourages effective collaboration between these groups on a user-friendly platform. The interface is intuitive, so only minimal training is needed before users feel comfortable navigating the projects.
