When I first started working in Logikcull I had a hard deadline and didn't have time for training. I was able to teach myself how to use it rather easily, which says a lot about the platform, given that I grew up in an era before the internet and cell phones and admittedly struggle with tech every now and then. I've learned many new tools it offers in the past three years and I'm able to upload, review, and produce anything from it in various different ways. I use the platform daily and it has never "crashed" or had other issues. **What do you dislike about Logikcull?** Sometimes when I process spreadsheets in Excel it processes the blank pages at the end, resulting in hundreds of additional, blank pages produced. Although this admittedly could be user error. **What problems is Logikcull solving and how is that benefiting you?** Logikcull easily ingests any type of data I need to review, makes the review process straightforward, and I can easily produce the documents electronically in a multitude of different ways. I produce documents in around 500 cases per year and use the platform daily and have not had issues in the several years I've been working with it. You can also redact in Logikcull, as well as add notes to certain documents for other team members to view. **What do you dislike about Logikcull?** I really don't see any downsides to Logikcull, as even when I was working over a weekend and needed help, I put in a ticket to get the help from a Logikcull representative for the following Monday. However I received an immediate response that same day from a representative who helped me with a search issue I had. **What problems is Logikcull solving and how is that benefiting you?** The problems that Logikcull solves, is that right off the bat it dedupes literally thousands of emails and documents before you even begin your review. This saves hours of time that it would take to review emails and documents, because Logikcull removes all the duplicates. Also, the searching capability that Logikcull has, where you can customize your searches by adding various levels of exactly what you want to search for, which uploads and/or tagged documents you do or don't want to look through, which allows you to ultimately end up with your desired result. ### 17. I use it all the time for large matters and small. Excellent Customer support (informed and very responsive). **What do you dislike about Logikcull?** There are some built-in limitations; for example, not all fields are available to display in the grid or in the Viewer. Fancy bells and whistles available in more expensive platforms are not available, e.g. analytics, entity recognition, and others. But by not offering these features, Logikcull can remain very affordable. Its Slack integrations/filtering are sophisticated. And the filtering system is flexible and appealing. **What do you dislike about Logikcull?** Logikcull lacks necessary features for larger document sets. In particular: - Cannot produce a random sample without a silly excel workaround. - Search features are not robust. For example, you cannot search for "Privileged" while skipping common signature lines (e.g., "Privileged and Confidential email"). - Cannot search by ID for more than 1,000 documents at a time. Because of the search issue above, I sent all the extracted text entries to another party to run the search and send me a list of emails that only included the search term in the context of the signature line text. I got 80,000 results -- and had to run EIGHTY searches to mass-code them all. Logikcull cannot accept coding by overlay, and therefore searching for doc IDs 1,000 at a time was the best solution customer support could recommend. - Predictive coding system lacks the best feature of other PC/CAL systems, which is identifying likely non-responsive documents that may be excluded from review, subject to validation.
