What do you like best about LogicMonitor?

I like the ability to stand up new data sources to do unique monitoring in our environment in addition the support team is highly responsive, knowledgeable and very helpful. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about LogicMonitor?

Logic Monitor is working on an intelligent monitoring around thresholds and environment connectivity but there is definitely room for improvement to identify alerts that are all related to the same event. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Recommendations to others considering LogicMonitor:

Compare the pricing models, a lot of other products nickel and dime you, Logic Monitor is pretty good about minimizing the pricing model to a few aspects of the product. Hopefully that doesn't change. Their support team is excellent and their response to bugs is generally very good. They are a bit slower on enhancement requests but that's understandable. What problems is LogicMonitor solving and how is that benefiting you?

We are doing environmental health checks where we have created a series of dashboards forecasting potential areas of failure or performance issues. This helps prevent any outages and increase uptime of our customer-facing environments. We are monitoring critical processes on various systems through home-grown scripts unique to our environment but used by Logic Monitor to monitor our environment. We have a hybrid environment where we are monitoring on-prem and cloud environments in AWS, Azure, and GCP and all the networking between those environments.
