LogicMonitor provides me the benefit of knowing what's in my infrastructure without switching between different apps. It is convenient when I'm checking how the server is doing or whether the device is working properly. Graphs also allow comparison of performance over time. The other benefit that comes with alerts is that they inform us about abnormalities without needing to check everything manually. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Starting to use this was harder than I anticipated. It takes time to familiarize oneself with all the settings and figure out which are actually necessary. Sometimes things get too much when there are several alerts at the same time. I would rather there be a simpler setup and better filtering of unimportant alerts.
