"All-in-One Monitoring with Helpful Alerts and Dashboards"

What do you like best about LogicMonitor?

LogicMonitor helps us monitor our servers and network in a much more convenient way. What I like most is that nearly all the essential information is available in one place, so I don’t have to keep switching between different tools. The notifications alert us when something is wrong and give us the chance to start investigating before someone else has to point out the issue. The dashboards are also useful for getting a quick, clear overview of overall system performance. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about LogicMonitor?

Getting started was harder than I expected. There are a lot of configuration options to consider, and it isn’t always clear which ones you actually need. Sometimes there are simply too many messages, especially when several notifications come in at once. I’d really like a simpler setup process and better ways to filter or sort out the less important alerts. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is LogicMonitor solving and how is that benefiting you?

One useful capability I’ve found is being able to check an issue before spending time digging into it elsewhere. If there’s an anomaly in a server response, or if a network appliance goes offline, I can review the monitoring data to get a clearer picture of what actually happened. We still need to investigate on our side and resolve the problem, but having that information readily available makes the work much easier. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
