I like the automated vendor risk management feature in LogicManager, as it automatically tracks suppliers' insurance renewals and safety certificates with proactive expiration warnings. It's really valuable for my work because it reduces the risk of booking an uninsured exclusion partner, while also protecting us from legal liability. I also love the mobile incident reporting web form, which allows us to instantly log guest incidents and upload photo evidence from mobile devices. Additionally, I find the tools to centralize the risk register and taxonomy very helpful. They connect incident reports directly to itineraries, vendor profiles, and risks, providing complete visibility and a clear historical safety record for every tour route. This makes the annual insurance renewals and compliance audits faster and easier to manage. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Setting up LogicManager was quite difficult and took a long time, about two months, which was a significant effort for our team. It required importing our catalog of tools, itineraries, third-party vendors, and historical safety records. This process needed dedicated effort from our compliance officer and IT department. We also needed help from an advisory consultant to configure our vendor portal templates, set up incident escalation workflows, and train our risk team. Additionally, the initial workflow configuration complexity is an issue. Building multi-step automated escalation rules for severe incident reports requires technical planning and takes extra time during the administrative setup. I think they could improve by introducing a prebuilt incident escalation template specifically tailored for travel and tour operations so that nontechnical managers can deploy workflows faster without starting from scratch.
