I love using LogicManager's finding remediation tracking and audit planning calendar. The finding remediation tracking is valuable because every audit finding gets assigned to someone with a due date, staying visible until real evidence of the fix is uploaded. This ended the problem of findings disappearing and quietly being forgotten. I also appreciate the audit planning calendar as it allows me to see our whole year of planned audits in one view, which makes resourcing our small team much easier than the spreadsheet we used before. Additionally, their consultant's understanding of internal auditing as a discipline—not just their own software—helped us avoid structuring things in a regrettable way. Some of my complaint is for the report formatting is rigid. Because when our board, one findings presented as if way, the built-in templates do not flex much, so I still end up building separate deck for board meetings. And another thing is with the user permission set is confusing. Figuring out exactly what each role should see took more trial and error than I expected. And I made a couple of permission mistakes early on that gave people access they should not have. They should provide more user guidance for the permission setup.
