What I like best about LM is that all of the related incident information is stored in one place. There are many opportunities to enhance your LM experience to be what you need it to be. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What I wish could be better about LM is the Documents download option. It takes forever and opens a new screen. I wish you could just see the document once you click it within LM. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
