"Flexible, Easy-to-Customize Workflows That Evolve With Your Team"

What do you like best about LogicGate?

I really value the flexibility and how easy it is to customize the workflows without needing to be a technician. It supports an agile approach, because you can start with basic workflows and then gradually refine and tailor them as you learn what works best. As the organization’s maturity grows, the workflows can evolve along with it the more they’re used. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about LogicGate?

The reporting really needs some work. The visual reports are very limited: you can only include two dimensions in each report. That forces me to create a lot of separate reports and end up with huge dashboards just to show everything I need.

It would be great if visual reports could support additional fields that act as filters, and if the reports could update dynamically the way the table reports do. For example, if I want a visual report showing the number of findings by severity, I should also be able to add parameters like Audit, Organizational Unit, Finding Owner, etc. Those could appear as drop-down menus (filters), and depending on what I select, the visual report would update automatically.

Right now, to achieve that, I have to create a million different reports, which makes the dashboards very busy and hard to manage. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is LogicGate solving and how is that benefiting you?

It allows us, as the GRC Team, to have direct control over our own workflows without needing to coordinate with a product team.

For example, if we wanted to change something in our GRC workflows in ServiceNow, we had to go through the product team. That usually meant months of effort spent writing and negotiating requirements, waiting on development work, and then going through testing. It also tended to result in something that wasn’t quite what we needed. With LogicGate, we can handle everything ourselves and build it exactly the way we want in a fraction of the time.
