The no-code builder is one of LogicGate’s best features. It allows risk teams—who are SMEs in risk management but not necessarily SMEs in engineering—to serve as system admins and power users. The limited ability to customize visual reports makes it difficult to fully leverage all of the data available within the platform. The options for each axis feel rigid, and there are only a few ways to edit or adjust the visual reports to fit our needs. Since the new UI was introduced, the single-column layout for records also leaves a lot of unused space on the screen and forces constant scrolling through records.
